All orders are packed and dispatched from our Margate studio in Kent. All U.K. orders are sent by Tracked 48 delivery, unless express shipping is purchased at checkout. All international orders are sent tracked.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return it - just contact us via the Contact Us page to arrange. Items must be unused and in the condition received; we cannot accept returns on custom or personalised items.

Handle your finished pom poms with care and don't squash them! Keep out of reach of babies, children and pets.
