All orders are handmade and dispatched from our Margate studio in Kent. All U.K. orders are sent by Tracked 48 delivery, unless express shipping is purchased at checkout. All international orders are sent tracked.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all items - if you have any problems, just get in touch and we'll fix it. To return an item, contact us via the Contact Us page. Items must be in the condition received; we cannot accept returns on custom or sale items.

Care

Handle all jewellery with care and store separately in an airtight container when not being worn. Please don't wear your jewellery while swimming or washing. Don't squash your pom poms! Keep out of reach of babies, children and pets.
